To access certain features and services on RegTech365, you will need to create an account ("Account"). Before any demo or compliance assessment can be conducted for your organisation or business, you will be required to provide specific information, including your company name, email address, the nature of your organisation, and your role within it. This information is essential for establishing the accuracy and relevancy of the services provided.
As part of the registration process, you are required to verify your email by clicking on an activation link sent to your registered email address. RegTech365 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove required information for account creation at any time. In some instances, clients may be required to provide additional information, such as payment details, to validate their service orders, depending on the chosen payment method. RegTech365 may also request that you resubmit or update your account details when necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance with our internal policies
By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date. You further confirm that you are either the legal owner of the information or an authorised representative with permission to provide the relevant details.
As the account holder, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person, company, or organization without the express consent of RegTech365.
